  1. 2 cupspoha
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 2 tbsppeanut
  4. Few curry leaves
  5. 2chopped green chillies
  6. As Per TasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  9. 2 tbspoil
  10. 1lemon
  11. As Per RequiredChopped coriander for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly rinse the poha in water 2 times and set it aside.

    Heat Kadai with some oil and add mustard seeds, Peanuts and saute till peanuts turns crunchy.

    Now add onion and saute.

  4. 4

    Add a few curry leaves and green chili and saute and add turmeric and saute it.

  5. 5

    Now add Poha, add salt and mix well.

  6. 6

    Finally, squeeze some lemon juice into the poha and switch it off.

  7. 7

    Garnish with fresh coriander and serve warm.
