Ingredients

  1. 250 gmThick poha
  2. 1Onion
  3. 10 _15Curry leaves
  4. 2Green chilli
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. 1 tbspLemon juice
  7. 1/2 tbspSugar
  8. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  9. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse the poha in water till they soften then add salt and sugar and mix

  2. 2

    Heat oil in the pan, crackle the mustard seeds then add Onions and saute them till they become translucent

  3. 3

    Add Curry leaves and green chillis saute for half a minute then add turmeric powder

  4. 4

    Add poha and cook 2 3 minutes for medium flame

  5. 5

    Remove the lid and sprinkle some lemon juice,coriader leaves and serve it
