  1. 1 cup I poha
  2. 2 cup curd
  3. For tempering
  4. 1/2 tspblack mustard seeds
  5. 8-10curry leaves
  6. 1red kashmiri mirch
  7. 1-2chopped green chillies
  8. 1 tbspmustard oil
  9. 1 tbspurad dal
  10. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  11. as per your tasteSalt

    Wash poha with water.In a bowl add curd & poha combine well n keep aside for 10 min.

    Then heat oil in a tempering pan add mustard seeds,curry leaves, kashmiri red chilli, cumin seeds when splutter turn off the flame.

    Add salt and chopped green chilli in a curd poha mix well then pour tempering material over it. Combine properly n serve in a serving dish.
