  1. 2 cupswashed Jowar Daliya
  2. 1 cupAssorted chopped vegetables (potato,peas,French beans, carrot)
  3. 3-5 cupswater
  4. 1/2 tspAsafoetida
  5. 1 tspJeera or Cumin seeds
  6. 1 tspCoriander powder
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. 2 tspsalt
  10. 2-3 teaspoonsGhee

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash split jowar and keep aside than cut all veggies.

    Heat a small pressure cooker, and add ghee. Add cumin seeds add asafoetida.

    Than add all veggies keep stirring for a minute.

  4. 4

    Now add the washed jowar daliya and keep stirring for a minute. Now add all spices stirring for a minute.

  5. 5

    Now add four cups of water and salt, give this a stir, and pressure cook now for about 3 whistles. Once done and the pressure settles down; open the cooker. You may also add a spoon or two of ghee to the split jowar daliya Your nutrient-rich one-pot meal is ready.
