Well this is an oldie but a good one. I hated this growing up! In my early adulthood I got some sense. This is one of my fave comfort foods. It’s pioneer food lol we eat it with white beans and cornbread. We made the beans yesterday so we’re gonna feast tonight!

I used my homemade hot vinegar sauce.

Any time I am feeling bad, or when the weather is cold, this is meal I crave. Simple, fresh ingredients that come together to warm you up, and make you feel good!

Cold day, will warm you up, get some good bread and enjoy!

I wanted something lite to eat and craving veggies. This is what I came up with. Hope you enjoy.

A friend of mine was telling me how he missed his grandmother’s stuffed cabbage. I was like, “What’the you say”? So he started describing it and I thought it sounded pretty good. I decided to give it a shot with Napa Cabbage... although I’m sure it’s traditionally made with Green Cabbage.

Modified version of the fat burning recipe

Just a mixture cabbage and potatoes have been going together since Colcannon was first made. This is a good meal to end winter with. The flowers are blooming and birds singing so the 2 weeks of winter are over here in Florida.

My grandma makes this recipe, and I love the taste, so I asked for the recipe so I could make it myself while I live in Japan.
