  1. 1chinese tofu (white)
  2. 1 piececarrot, cut to small block
  3. 4 tbspspring onion, chop
  4. 2eggs
  5. 75 gramsall-purpose flour
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tsppepper
  8. 500 mlvegetable oil
  9. 2 tbspchopped red onion
  10. 2 tbspchopped garlic

Cooking Instructions

    Mash the tofu with fork till it get soft texture.

    Mix in a big bowl : mashed tofu with eggs, flour, carrot, spring onion, chopped red onion and chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

    Heat a fry pan, add vegetable oil.

  4. 4

    Make bites of tofu dough with 2 spoons and put on the pan. Fry until golden brown. And ready to serve!
