Expecting my friend and her kids,is going to be a full house this weekend.
Had to prepare this special dish for them,is my friend's favourite she will be so glad.
Rice or boil yam this ofe akwu is always good to go.

Ingredients

2 serving
  1. 7 cupsPalm fruits
  2. Salt
  3. HandfulScent leaves
  4. 3Knorr cubes
  5. 1wrap Ogiri
  6. 2medium sized Stock fish
  7. 2Smoked titus fish
  8. 1 kgOrishishi meat
  9. 3cooking spoon Crayfish
  10. 8 piecesfresh red pepper
  11. 1Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil the oil palmfruit for 35minutes.

    Boil water and mix in it normal water to be warm.

    Pound the palmfruit for 4minutes and pour in sieve,then pour the warm water and sieze till the no oil is

    Repeat same for the remaining palm fruits,sieve the liquid to remove dirts.

    Boil the orishishi meat amd stock fish with salt and onion till is soft.let the stock not be much.

    Boil the squeezed out oil for 50minutes,pour in the meat and stockfish and continue boiling.

    After 25minutes,add smoked fish(rinse with warm water) salt,blended crayfish, fresh pepper and ogiri.

    Stir very well and continue boiling after 10minutes add the knorr cubes.

    Stir very well and boil for 5minites then wash and slice the scent leaves and pour on stir and boil for 1minutes.

    My delicious ofe akwu is ready.
