Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cupurad daal
  2. 11/2 cuprice
  3. 1/2 cuppoha
  4. 5-6Methi seeds
  5. 3Potato boiled
  6. 1 cupArhar daal
  7. 1/2 cupBottle gourd
  8. 1Brinjal
  9. 1Carrot
  10. 2 tspSambhar masala
  11. 1 tspRed chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspTurmeric powder
  13. 1 tspSalt
  14. 1 pinchAsafoetida
  15. 1 tspMustard seeds
  16. 3-4Dry red chilli
  17. 2 tspTamarind chutney
  18. 1/2 cupCurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Soak daal with methi seeds rice poha separately for 6 hours

    Then grind them to paste

    Let it ferment overnight.dosa batter ready

    For preparing dosa heat a tawa pour oil

  5. 5

    Pour a ladel full of batter spread nicely

  6. 6

    Cook on other side too

  7. 7

    For masala boil potato peel it and mash it

  8. 8

    Heat a pan crackle mustard seeds and curry leaves

  9. 9

    Add chopped onion green chilli, turmeric powder

  10. 10

    Add mashed potato cook for some time

  11. 11

    For sambhar boil arhar daal Along with veggies asafoetida and turmeric powder

  12. 12

    For tempering heat oil in a pan crackle mustard seeds add curry leaves dry red chilli sambhar masala and tamarind chutney

    Mix nicely sambhar ready

  14. 14

    Enjoy masala dosa-sambhar
