  1. 4potatoes boiled
  2. 4garlic cloves grated

  4. 1/4 spoondry mango powder
  5. 1/2 spoongaram masala
  6. 1 spoonginger chilli paste
  7. 1/8 spoonmustard seeds
  8. 1 cupgram flour
  9. 1 pinchcarom seeds
  10. 1/2 cupwater
  11. As neededRefined oil
  12. 4pav buns
  13. 2green chillies fried
  14. As requiredKanda lahsun dry chutney

Cooking Instructions

    Mix gram flour,salt carom seeds and water and make a thick batter

    Heat 1 spoon oil in wok

  3. 3

    Add mustard seeds,ginger chilli paste and garlic

  4. 4

    Add mashed potatoes,salt and spices

  5. 5

    Mix well and let it cool

  6. 6

    Make small tikki and dip in gram flour batter

  7. 7

    Deep fry in hot oil

  8. 8

    Cut buns from middle and put vada inside it

  9. 9

    Serve with fried chilli and kanda lahsun chutney
