    Soak the abacha and rinse.put in the sieve to drain the water.add palmoil,salt and potash in a medium sized pot,stir to get a yellow paste.scoope out 1 cksp and mix with the ugba

  2. 2

    Pour in the abacha in the remaining paste and stir, slice utazi in it with onion and fresh pepper.steam the cooked fish and cooked snail fry in bleached palmoil,add rough grinded fresh pepper in it.slice in onion and serve
