Ingredients

  1. 2 kgFlour
  2. 240 gSugar
  3. Fat100g
  4. Water 1000g(chilled)
  5. Soy flour30g
  6. 30 gSalt
  7. 20 gYeast
  8. Improver4g
  9. 6 gPreservative
  10. 2 gFat replacement
  11. dropsEmulsifier few
  12. Industrial flavours few cupfuls
  13. Coconut flakes(20)g

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve flour into mixer,add sugar,yeast(cover with flour),add salt in opposite direction of yeast,add improver before preservative and others,mix all ery for 5minsadd wet ingredients last

    Add water gradually,total mixing time is 15mins,cut and mould grease pan and surface to knead,allow to rise before baking,bake at 150degrees,after 2mins of baking,bring out and apply coconut paste(coconut flakes,sugar and fat)on it,return to hake,when golden by own,briny out,allow to cool before eating.Enjoy
