Perfect with Rice! Chicken and Tomato Milk Soup Perfect with Rice! Chicken and Tomato Milk Soup
This soup is rich in calcium from the milk, has lots of vegetables, and is very hearty, so I make it whenever I'm strapped for time (there's no root vegetables so it cooks up quickly). It's like a soup curry, and I like it.You can use pork instead of chicken- whichever you prefer. You don't have to add chili pepper.Since the chili pepper is hard to spot in the red soup, you can remove it before adding the tomato at Step 4. For 3 to 4 servings. Recipe by putimiko cookpad.japan -
Filippino Mung Bean Soup Filippino Mung Bean Soup
'Ginisang Munggo' is a standard home-cooked dish of the Philippines. It's delicious even without meat. The older the fish sauce, the saltier it gets, to be careful not to add too much. Generally, the soup is topped with a bitter green like bitter melon greens, but spinach or mulūkhīya are also tasty. Recipe by Hoink cookpad.japan -

Okro soup with ogbono Okro soup with ogbono
#Ashlab.Okro soup has been one of the most easiest and quickest soup to prepare.some argue that okro takes a lot of time and energy to make, but for me I used the blender method to blend my okro and ogbonno due to the fact that I don’t like the smell that comes from ogbonno,So blending it together with the okro removes the smell and also gives it a nice taste. It’s known as miyan kubewa in Hausa.I love everything about okro soup mixed with ogbonno, especially that part of draw, which makes it fun while eating. Blending your belly pepper, chilly pepper with the garlic, onions and cray fish gives the paste a nice aroma and also taste.Least I forget I used the processed okro because I couldn’t get the fresh okro here .You can cut spinach and add to your okro soup.Don’t forget to wash your hands before you start cooking and also wash all the veggies that needs to be washed. Corn Silky String Soup Corn Silky String Soup
I found out that you can eat the silky strings of corn and decided to try using them like harusame noodles. In all honesty, they didn't really turn out like harusame noodles at all but I did like their crisp texture.Corn is often used as a diuretic and the silky strings can be found in all sorts of Chinese medicine so please give them a try.You can use the silky strings in tea but I also like using them as vegetables. Throwing them away is such a waste.By the way, it's a bit strange but this soup doesn't even taste anything like corn. Recipe by Eringo24 cookpad.japan
