Ingredients

  1. 1/2 bunchPalak
  2. 1 cupBesan
  3. 1/2 cupRice flour
  4. 2 tbsUrad flour
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1 tspjeera
  7. 1/2 tspAjwain
  8. 1/2 tspHaldi
  9. 2 tspred chilli powder
  10. 1 pinchHing(optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix all the dry ingredients. Wash and drain palak.

  2. 2

    Chop palak and mix with the dry ingredients add little water if necessary make a tough dough to get crispy pakoda.

  3. 3

    Deep fry in oil till golden serve hot, can be stored for few days if dry and crispy
