Ingredients

  1. 150 gramsLotus root
  2. 1Katakuriko
  3. Marinade
  4. 1 tbspSoy sauce
  5. 1 tbspMirin
  6. 1 tbsp● Bonito based dashi stock granules
  7. Garnishing
  8. 1Aonori
  9. 1Chirimen jako
  10. 1Your favorite sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the lotus root into 7-8 mm thick rounds.

    Microwave for about 2 minutes.

    Pour on the ● ingredients and allow the lotus to absorb the flavors.

    Coat the lotus root in katakuriko. Like this.

    Heat a frying pan and add about 1 mm oil.

    Brown evenly over medium heat.
