Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsTomato purée
  2. 1 cloveGarlic
  3. 1/2Onion
  4. 1 tspOlive oil
  5. 1 1/2 tbspShio-koji (salt fermented rice malt)
  6. 1 dashPepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mince the onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a pot, lightly sauté the garlic, add the onion, and sauté until translucent.

    Add tomato purée and shio-koji and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with pepper to taste.
