You can use corn tortillas or cactus tortillas and/or low-calorie tortillas.
Steps

Sauté the mushrooms and season to taste.

In a skillet over low heat, warm the tortillas on both sides until they become crispy like tostadas. Don’t let them burn!

Place the cheese on the tortillas and add your choice of vegetables (mushrooms and spinach). Add your preferred seasonings. Wait until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Top with your favorite salad or hot sauce. Enjoy!
