  3. 4 (15 oz)Cans Chicken Broth [+ water as needed]
  4. 2 (4 oz)Cans Green Hatch Chilies
  5. 2LG Thin Sliced Jalapenos
  6. 1 CupPace Picante Sauce [hot]
  7. 1/2 CupDark Mexican Beer
  8. 2 CupsDiced Potatoes
  9. 1Green Bell Pepper [thin sliced - deseeded]
  10. 4 CupsCabbage [thin sliced]
  11. 1 (8 oz)Can ROTELL [with chilies]
  12. 1/4 CupRadishes [thin sliced]
  13. 1 CupWhite Onion [thin sliced]
  14. 1 CupRed Onion [thin sliced]
  15. 1/2Green Bell Pepper [thin sliced]
  16. 1/2 tspCrushed Mexican Oregano
  17. 1 tspFresh Ground Black Pepper
  18. 2 tbspFine Minced Garlic
  19. 2 tbspPowdered Green Chile Pepper
  20. 1 tspPowdered Chicken Boullion
  21. 1/2 tspGraduated Onion Powder
  22. 1 tbspFresh Ground Cumin
  23. ● For The Sides & Garnishments [as needed]
  24. Jalapenos
  25. Flour Tortillas
  26. Tortilla Chips
  27. Fresh Cilantro
  28. Lime Wedges
  29. Chilled White Onions
  30. Streamed & Blistered Jalapenos
  31. Queso Fresco Or Mexican 3 Cheese

Cooking Instructions

30 Minutes
  1. 1

    Chop all herbs and vegetables.

  2. 2

    Add all fluids and chicken and simmer for 40 minutes.

  3. 3

    Queso Fresco cheese pictured.

  4. 4

    Serve piping hot with additions. Enjoy!
