In small thali add finely chopped and wash methi leaves,add 1 tbsp besan,1 tbsp wheat flour,1 tsp oil, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, green chillies ginger paste, sugar and salt to taste mix all and roll into small round balls.Deep fry in hot oil.Keep aside. Boiled peas and keep aside.

Wash & chopped tomatoes in small pieces.

In kadhai add & heat oil.Add mustard seeds,as they splutter add & mix asafoetida,and tomato pieces.

Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander- cummin seeds powder, sugar and salt mix well. Add 1 cup water& cover and cook on slow flame for 5 mins.

Add boiled peas and methi muthiyas,mix well.

Serve,/ Relish delicious Muthiyas- Tomato- Peas Subzi with hot rotis or theplas.
