6 Sarvins
  1. 1 cupRolled Oats
  2. 1/2 cupRipe banana (mashed)
  3. 1Egg
  4. 2 tbspFlour
  5. 1/2 cupMilk
  6. 1 tspBaking powder
  7. 1 tspcinnamon powder
  8. 1 tbspSugar (depending on the sweetness of your bananas, you not need sugar at all)
  9. Chopped cashews / almonds (a handful)
  10. 1 tspvanilla essence
  11. salt - a pinch
  12. chocolate chips (for garnishing on top)
  13. Peanut butter (optional) - for drizzling

    1. Mix all the dry ingredients (oats, flour, Baking powder, cinnamon powder, sugar, salt) in a bowl and the wet ingredients (egg, milk, mashed banana, vanilla essence) in another bowl then Mix all the ingredients together.

    Spray some oil in a large muffin pan and put the batter. Top with some chocolate chips. Preheat the oven at 180’C and bake them for around 20 minutes. Drizzle some peanut butter and serve when the muffins are still warm. It will give you a great cozy feelings! Enjoy!
