Ingredients

10 minutes plus 10 minutes for batter

  1. 1 cuprava
  2. 1/2 cupcurd
  3. 4-5crushed curry leaves
  4. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/4 tspblack pepper powder
  6. As neededsalt
  7. 1/4 cupchopped onions
  8. 1/4 tspgrated ginger

Cooking Instructions

10 minutes plus 10 minutes for batter

    Mix everything together in a bowl and make a thick batter.

    Allow it to rest for 8-10 minutes.

    After that it becomes thicker like dough. Add a little bit rava, rice flour and maida.

    With the help of water make vadas by making a flattened ball first then inserting finger in the centre.

    Drop in hot oil and deep fry till they are crispy golden.

    It's ready. Serve with coconut and tomato chutneys.
