Puran Poli

"Sunday Celebrations: Gudi Padwa Special Thali
This year, I was thrilled to celebrate Gudi Padwa on a Sunday, allowing me to take a break from work and prepare a traditional feast. My Gudi Padwa Special thali featured an array of delicious dishes:
- Rice
- Kadhi
- Bhabhari Dal
- Chhuta Mag
- Lili Chutney
- Papad
The star of the show was undoubtedly the Puran Poli, also lovingly known as Vedmi in Gujarat. It was a wonderful way to spend the day, immersed in tradition and flavors!"
