Cherries Marraschino zebra bundt cake!!!

Mise en place:

Ponemos los huevos en el vaso de la batidora y batimos hasta blanquear. Precalentamos el horno a 180 grados, calor arriba y abajo... (We put the eggs in the glass of the blender and whisk until whitening. We preheat the oven to 325F degrees, heat up and down...)

Ponemos la vainilla y el azúcar y seguimos batiendo...(We put the vainilla and the sugar and we keep beating...)

Añadimos el aceite sin dejar de batir...(We add the oil while continuing to beat...)

Ahora añadimos la harina tamizada con la levadura y la sal y mezclamos a velocidad baja hasta integrar la masa...(Now add the sifted flour with the yeast and salt and mix at low speed until the dough is integrated...)

Dividimos la masa en dos partes...(Divide the dough into two parts...)

A una de las partes de la masa le añadimos el zumo de las Marraschino...(To one of the parts of the dough we add the juice of the Marraschino...)

Que habremos colado previamente...(That we will have previously cast...)

Mezclamos muy bien hasta integrar el zumo...(Mix very well until the juice is integrated...)

Las Marraschino.. una parte la reservo para decorar y el resto lo picamos para añadir a la masa...(The Marraschino.. Y reserve one part to decorate and the rest we chop to add to the mass...)

Engrasamos a conciencia el molde Bundt y vamos poniendo cucharadas de la masa en los dos colores...(We thoroughly grease the Bundt mold and we are putting spoonfuls of the dough in the two colors...)

Poco a poco vamos intercalando los colores de masa y ponemos las Marraschino picadas el el centro...(Little by little, we interspersed the dough colors and put the chopped Marraschino in the center...)

Seguimos con la masa hasta terminar. Llevamos al horno por 55 minutos o hasta que el cuchillo salga limpio...(We continue with the dough until finished. We take to the oven for 55 minutes or until the knife comes out clean...)

Dejamos reposar durante 15 minutos, comprobamos que todos los bordes se muevan lo que nos indicará que ha despegado y desmoldamos. Este es el maravilloso aspecto que tendrá nuestro Bundt cake...recién salido del horno!!! Lo dejamos enfriar por completo sobre una rejilla...(Let stand for 15 minutes, check that all the edges move which will tell us that it has taken off and unmold. This is the wonderful aspect that our Bundt cake will have... just out of the oven !!! We let it col completely)

Decoramos con las Marraschino y almendras tostadas, bañamos con salsa inglesa...(Decorate with Marraschino and toasted almonds, bathe with English sauce...)

Y ya podemos disfrutar de un sabor suave y maravilloso Bundt Cake!!!(And we can already enjoy a smooth and wonderful flavor Bundt Cake!!!)
