Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice flour
  2. 1/4 cupgram flour
  3. 1 tspchilli powder
  4. as per tasteRequired salt
  5. 1/4 tsphing
  6. as per requirementOil for deep fry

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl, add rice flour, gram flour, chilli powder, salt, hing and 1tsp hot oil, required water to make a soft dough.

    Apparently heat oil in a kadai. Fill the chakli press with the prepared dough, with the ribbon pakoda plate.

  3. 3

    Press the dough in hot oil, and cut lengthwise. When the bubble reduces, flip the pakoda and cook again till the bubble ceases and the 'shhh' sound reduces.

    Drain it in the paper towel, after, cooled down store in airtight container to enjoy these crispy flavourful pakodas.
