Ofe Nsala

Ofe Nsala originates from the eastern part of Nigeria but it's fast becoming a delicacy in every part as this soup is packed with lots of nutrients and very very yummy ofe Nsala also known as white soup is best enjoyed with pounded yam.
Cooking Instructions

- 3
Add the grinded uziza, crayfish and ogiri
- 4
