  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
  3. 1finely chopped tomato
  4. 1finely chopped capsicum
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  7. 2green chillies
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. as requiredCurry leaves
  10. 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
  11. as neededCoriander leaves
  12. 1/2 tsp hing

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and clean the poha in sieve in running water. Poha should be moist not mashed. Take the pan add oil. Once the oil is hot add mustard seeds and hing.

    Now add chopped onion, green chillies and curry leaves.

    Add tomato and capsicum and saute for some time.

  4. 4

    Add poha, turmeric powder, salt and mix it well.

  5. 5

    Garnish with coriander leaves.
