  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 1 & half cup poha
  3. Peanuts
  4. leavesCurry
  5. Mustard seeds
  6. Chopped patatos
  7. Green chillies
  8. leavesCoriander
  9. Salt turmeric powder
  10. Half tbsp red chilli powder
  11. Oil & lemon juice
  12. 1papad

Cooking Instructions

    Soaked poha in 10 minutes...

    Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds curry leaves chopped onion saute it until light brown chopped patatos add peanuts green chillies mix well

  3. 3

    Add salt red chilli turmeric powder mix well add poha & mix well put coriander leaves mix well lid cover it for 2 minutes. Serving time Roast papad & put above poha & lemon juice..serve hot enjoy
