This is a healthy Maharashtrian breakfast recipe and best enjoyed with a cup of tea.This can also be had as an evening snack or packed in kid's tiffin.Thick variety poha is used to make this recipe.
Cooking Instructions

Wash poha and drain water completely.Put it in a strainer and drain out excess water.Smear little turmeric.Leave aside for few minutes for poha to become soft but not mushy.

Heat oil and fry curry leaves.Set aside.Add chopped onion and fry lightly.Add chopped tomato and fry.Add green peas, chopped green chillies and roasted or fried peanuts.Add the pressed rice/poha,salt and pinch of sugar to taste.Add the fried curry leaves.Sprinkle lemon juice and toss.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.Serve hot.
