Ingredients

15 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupspoha thick variety
  2. 2medium sized Onion chopped
  3. 1 teaspoonMustard seeds
  4. 2 tablespoonspeanuts fried
  5. 1/2 teaspoonTurmeric powder
  6. 1/2 teaspoonsalt or to taste
  7. 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1medium Potato boiled and cubed
  9. 3/4 teaspoongaram masala
  10. 1 teaspoonLemon juice
  11. 1 tablespoonoil
  12. 1 tablespoonsFresh coriander leaves chopped
  13. 2green chillies chopped

Cooking Instructions

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the poha and keep aside.

    Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds Sauté for half a minute and add onions and green chillies and continue to sauté.

    Add potatoes, turmeric powder salt, red chilli powder and mix.

  4. 4

    Add the soaked poha and garam masala and mix well.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
