  1. 2 cupsoaked poha
  2. 2chopped onions
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 2finely chopped green chillies
  5. fewcurry leaves
  6. as per requirementSalt to taste
  7. 1/2 tspchili powder
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  11. 1 tbsplemon juice
  12. 2 tbspoil
  13. As requiredChopped coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil into a pan/work crackle mustard seeds.

    Futher add curry leaves, chopped green chillies and onions saute until onions become in pinch colour.

  3. 3

    Now add chopped tomatoes and spices saute until oil becomes separate.

  4. 4

    Now add socked poha and combine well in spices.

  5. 5

    Turn off the flame and add lemon juice and chopped coriander mix it.

  6. 6

    Ready kanda poha to serve.
