Cooking Instructions

In a pot, add veg oil then add in cous cous and stir, add grounded groundnut, onions, scotch bonnet and seasonings and stir for 2 mins. Then add in Moringa leaves, carrot and meat and mix. Add water and cover with nylon and pot cover. Allow to steam for 5 mins. Turn off and enjoy.
