Cooking Instructions

First wash the beaten rice through water and drain extra water from it meanwhile chop all vegetables.

Heat the heavy bottom pan put oil in it when oil is heated deep fry peanuts till golden brown and keep aside.

In same pan add mustard seeds,chopped green chilli and curry leaves saute for a minute.

Add chopped onion when onion becomes soft and starts changing colour add chopped potatoes.

Add little bit salt and turmeric powder mix all and cover the lid in medium flame.

Check extra water is drain from poha which is in other container then add salt,turmeric powder,sugar mix all properly through hands or spoons.

Now add masala poha in a pan stir continuously add lemon juice mix properly.

Cook for 5 to 10 minutes more stir continuously add deep fried peanuts then garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve.

Serve hot with chopped onion,lemon & chilli & some namkeen.
