Ingredients

  1. 2onions
  2. 2potatoes
  3. 1 cuppeanuts
  4. 2green chillies
  5. 1 tspturmeric powder
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/4 cupoil
  8. somecurry leaves
  9. 2 tspcumin seeds
  10. 350 gramspoha

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat oil add curry leaves + cumin seeds + peanuts and saute on low flame for 3 to 4 mins.

    Then add sliced onion and potato and cook till potatoes completely cooked.(about 10 mins)

    Then add salt + Turmeric powder and cook for 2 mins.

  4. 4

    Take poha in strainer and wash it and directly add to the kadhai mix it properly.

  5. 5

    Put tawa on gas and place kadhai on tawa and sprinkle 1/4 cup water on poha cover lid and leave for 5 mins.

  6. 6

    After 5 mins open lid and mix it again then again put lid and leave for 5 mins then turnoff the flame.

  7. 7

    Your Kanda poha is ready now.
