Ingredients

  1. 1 cupthick poha
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 2green chillies chopped
  4. 1/2lemon juice
  5. leavesCurry
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tspsugar
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. 3 tspoil
  11. Pinchclove powder
  12. Pinchcinnamon powder
  13. 1 tspchopped green coriander

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and soak thick Poha,(drain water)Heat oil in a kadai,add mustard seeds, chopped green chillies, curry leaves.

    Add chopped onion and saute for 2 minutes, add sugar, salt, pinch of turmeric powder in a soaked poha.

  3. 3

    Add poha in a kadai, add lemon juice, clove and cinnamon powder, chopped coriander and give a nice mix.

    Kanda Poha is ready in a 5 minutes, you can enjoy as a breakfast or as a light dinner.
