Simple No-Fry Sweet N' Sour Pork

I am not good at using katakuriko slurry so I mixed it up together, and this is the result.

It tastes more delicious if you fry the pork until crispy.
There are few vegetables with these portions.
I think it tastes good if you add shiitake mushrooms as well.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 400 gramsPork meat (chunks)
  2. 1 tbspof each For preparation (soy sauce, sake)

  11. 3 tbsp☆Sake
  12. 1/2 tsp☆Chicken stock granules
  13. 100 ml☆Water
  14. 2 tbsp☆Ketchup (optional)
  15. 1heaping tablespoon ☆Katakuriko

    Cut the pork into large bite-sized pieces. Cut the onions, carrots, and green peppers into easy-to-eat portion sizes. I thinly sliced them this time to make them easier to cook through.

    Fry the pork meat coated in katakuriko in lots of oil. It looks delicious if you cook both sides until golden brown!

    For the Sweet N' Sour Pork Saucem, Mix the ☆ ingredients.
