  1. 2 cuppoha
  2. 3 tspoil
  3. 1 tspmustard seeds
  4. 1 tsppeanut
  5. 1 tspchopped green chilli
  6. 3medium size chopped onion
  7. 1 pinchsugar
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 2 tspcoriander powder
  10. 1medium size lemon juice
  11. Salt to tast

    Washing and soaking makes the poha.soggy ther for do not do it.

    Take a kadhai,add oil and heat it.add mustard seeds, and let them crackle.

    Add peaunts and rost for few seconds. add chopped green chilli and saute.

    Add chopped onion and saute for few seconds. add salt as per tast.add sugar crystals and stir well.

    Add turmeric powder, and mix well.add the washed poha into it.mix the poha well with the cooked onion mixture.

    Finally add in some lemon juice, Chopped coriander levels, mix and cook for few seconds.

    Switch off the flame and serve hot.
