Ingredients

20 minutes
4 servings
  1. 2 cupPoha
  2. 1/2 cupPeanut
  3. 3Chopped onion
  4. 4 (lengthwise cut)Green chillies
  5. 8-10Curry leaves
  6. 2 tspMustard seed
  7. 1 tspTurmeric
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. oil as required

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil
    Meanwhile Wash poha in strainer and keep aside

  2. 2

    Fry peanuts for few seconds in hot oil and keep a side

  3. 3

    Now add mustard seed, cumin and green chilli
    Add onion and curry leaf...stir and fry 2 minutes on medium flame

  4. 4

    Add onion...stir and fry 2 minutes on medium flame

  5. 5

    Add turmeric, salt and some water and stir

  6. 6

    Add poha and stir well
    Cook for a minute
    Serve hot
