Ingredients

  1. 1 bowlsuji
  2. 1 tea spoonsalt
  3. 1 tea spoonblack pepper
  4. 1/2 bowl chopped Green corriender. One pouch Eno
  5. For sambhar___'
  6. 1 bowlarhar dal
  7. 1big size chopped potato
  8. 1small size chopped bottle ground (gheeya)
  9. 1small size chopped brinjal
  10. 1Chopped carrot
  11. 1 tbspdry imli & soak it in water
  12. 1 tbspSalt
  13. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  14. For tarka---
  15. 2 tbspOil
  16. 1 tbspRed chilli powder
  17. 1 tbspSambar masala
  18. 5red dry chill
  19. 2 piecetej pta
  20. 1 tea spoonmustard seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Soak idli batter for one hour and poured Eno pouch now put matter in idli makerand bake it in microwave.

    Idli is ready within five minutes

    For sambhar- mix vegetables & arhar dal.

    Put in pressure cooker and put four bowl water with salt and turmeric. Put on flame till 6 whistle.

    Now take oil in a pan and fry mustard seeds and tej patta, red dry chilli. Saute it.

    Now put red chilli powder in it.

    Put it in pressure cooker and add imli water and sambhar masala.

    Boil it for 15- 20 min.

    Sambhar is ready, serve it with idli.
