Boil the pomo and dice in small small pieces.make a yellow paste with palmoil,liquid from potash,salt.next to go in the pot is ugba turn very well.dice the onion add to it and 1 teaspoon of crayfish then pepper.mix with the pomo and taste.simmer to heat up.
