Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgUgba
  2. 1Onion
  3. 2cksp Red oil
  4. Salt
  5. 1 cubeKnorr
  6. PinchPotash
  7. PinchCamerooun black pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the soft bone with salt and onion.just for 20minutes.

  2. 2

    Pour in redoil in a pot,sprinkle the potash in it and stir it will turn yellow.

    Salt,camerooun black pepper,onion,maggi cubes all in the pot.stir so that it will be well mixed.

    Rinse and pour in ugba with the soft bone stir and put on the heat for 3minutes.serve warm.
