  2. 4-5alu
  3. 3piyaz
  4. 2 tbspadrak lehsan paste
  5. 2 tbsplal mirch powder
  6. 1 tbspnamak
  7. 1 tsphaldi
  8. 1 tbspzeera, dhania powder
  9. 1 tbspgaram masala powder
  10. 1 cupdahi
  11. hara dhania hari mirch (garnish)
  12. ghee as required

Cooking Instructions

    Pressure mein ghee daal kar garam karein aur piyaz fry kar lein

    Golden brown hojaye to beef shamil kar dein aur sth he adrak lehsan ka paste bhi add kar dein

    Khoob achi tarah bhoon lein

    Ab is mein dahi aur tamam masaley (garam masala powder) k elawa shamil kar k aur alu daal lein phr se bhoon lein

    Phr apney hisab se pani shamil kar k pressure lagadein

  6. 6

    15 se 20 mint bd pressure khol kar hara dhnia hari mirch aur garam masala daal kar 5 mint cover karein

  7. 7

    Rice aur chapati k sth serve karein

  8. 8

    Mazedar alu gosht ready hai
