Ingredients

  • 2 cupsUrad dal,
  • 2 teaspoonchana dal,
  • 2 teaspoon rice
  • 400 gramsRefined oil
  • 4Red chilli
  • 3Green chilli
  • as required Curry leaves few
  • as required Ginger few
  • 3Onion
  • as required Hing
  • 1 teaspoonSalt
  • For sambar
  • 2:radish
  • 4Onion
  • as required Imli lemon size
  • 5teaspoon.Coconut
  • 3red chilli
  • 2 teaspoongota dhania
  • 2 teaspoonUrad dal,
  • 3 teaspoonchana Dal
  • 6-7curry leaves few,
  • 2 teaspoonRefined oil,
  • 3 tspSambar powder
  • 1/2 tsphaldi
  • as per taste salt
  • as required Coriander leaves for decoration
  • as required Onion one small pieces for decoration

Steps

    First take your urad dal soak it in a water for 45minutes.drain the water completely, take mixie jar pour some urad dal add your red chilli, green chilli, ginger, curry leaves add some ice cubes and grind the mixie jar take in fine paste no added water required add required salt... In a vessel completely mix all the vada materials. Your vada consistency should be like a ball when you float in a water the consistency should floating. Then your vada will be fluffy and very tasty.     Take a vessel pour your refined oil
    Let them heat for sometime make your gas temperature not heating so much control your heat and in a hand make vada into small round shape drop in your refined oil. And fry the vada adding cut onion fry in to golden fry. After frying vada completely you will get 15to16 vada approximately. In this measurement.. Then soak your vada in a hot water for one minute.drain the excess water. The magic trick then your vada will be absorbing your sambar completely.

    Then only your vada will be absorbing all the masala's the dish will be yummy..

    Sambar preparation.:In a pressure cooker boil your duvar dal adding haldi and one drop of refined oil. Completely cool down,

    Then take dal from pressure cooker keep it aside. Take a hot glass of water immerse your imli for some time and remove pulp keep it aside.

    Then for sambar masala take a kadai heat refined oil pour black rai, methi seeds, when your start tampering pour grated coconut, chana dal, urad dal, red chilli, curry leaves, coriander seeds, in to golden brown keep it aside. Let them cool and take mixie grinder mix all the ingredients grind it. This is the magic masala for sambar.

    Take a kada pour refined oil 2tsp add black rai, methi seeds, curry leaves, chilli gota fry with your radish and onion for sambar, add sambar powder, haldi and fry for some time mix your prepared imli paste let them cook for some times then add your sambar powder masala(coconut) add salt as per your requirement finally add your thuvar dal(cooked) mix some water let them cooked for 12minutes all the materials combined it will make good aroma.. Tempting to taste immediately. Decor with coriander

    Leaves cut onion add finally your soaked sambar vada this vada very apt when it is raining take with tea or coffee perfect combination.. Very guest will praise you always...
