Ingredients

  1. leavesFew big spinach
  2. 1/2 cupbesan
  3. 2 tbsprice flour
  4. As per taste salt and red chilli powder
  5. 3boiled potatoes
  6. As per taste chat masala
  7. 2 tbspgreen chutney
  8. 2 tbspmeethi chutney
  9. 1/2 cupChopped tomatoes and onion
  10. For garnish sev and dhaniya patti

    Prepare a batter of besan by adding red chilli powder, salt and rice flour to it.

    Now dip the spinach leaves in the batter and fry them on high heat until they become crispy.

    Now, dice the boiled potatoes and add the chutneys, chat masala and salt.

  4. 4

    Now, layer the chat. First put the fried leaves, then the potaoes and top it of with chopped onion and tomatoes, sev and dhaniya patti and chutney.
