Stir Fried Vegetables
My husband likes stir fried vegetables, so I make them a lot.The reason I stir fry the meat at a low heat is to prevent it from splattering. You can just use high heat from the start. As I have stated previously, it's best to stop cooking the vegetables when you think they are still a bit raw - they are crispier that way.If you are adding wood ear mushrooms (kikurage), put in a container with water to cover and microwave until they're rehydrated. Any microwave setting is fine. Recipe by Tobundebuu

Yasai Itame - Japanese Stir Fry Vegetables Recipe (野菜炒め)
Today, I will show you how to make Yasai Itame, Japanese stir fry vegetables. This is a healthy dish since most of the ingredients are veggies. It’s also pretty quick and easy to make which is great for any busy weekdays. Just like with any stir fry dish, yasai itame tastes the best when cooked in a wok. But you can also use regular pan. Your yasai itame will still be delicious. Use gluten free soy sauce instead of regular soy sauce if you have gluten allergy. The key for a good stir-fried dish is to work fast when you’re stir frying. Therefore, all the ingredients need to be prepped and ready to go into the pan. Make sure you rinse and dry all the veggie before using. Please check out my video for a more detailed instruction: https://youtu.be/x3agg4FrHCw

Cabbage and Bean Sprouts Stir Fried in Miso Butter
I wanted to make a dish using lots of cabbage. This is filling even without any meat in it! It really goes well with rice. The seasonings are on the salty side, but they'll be just right when cooked with the vegetables since the vegetables will exude a lot of moisture. When stir-frying the vegetables, add the cabbage at the end so that it doesn't get mushy. This is a matter of taste, but I think it's best if this is salted generously, since the salt enhances the butter and makes the stir fry go really well with plain rice.If you add some meat the stir-fry will be even more delicious.
