  1. 1/2 kgPrawn
  2. 100 gGarlic
  3. 1 pcGinger
  4. 1 cupCoconut
  5. 2 tspPepper
  6. 1 tspJeeragam
  7. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  8. 1 tspChilli powder
  9. as neededOil
  10. To tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Grind ginger,garlic,coconut,pepper,jeeragam in thick paste

  2. 2

    Add this paste in prawn, Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, Curryleaves and salt,marinate 30mini

  3. 3

    After 30 minutes water came out frm prawn. So no need to add water at the time of cooking

  4. 4

    In a pan add coconut oil, fry 30 minutes in low flame mode.
