Ingredients

  1. 500 mlmilk
  2. 2 cupsFlour
  3. 2 tspyeast
  4. 1/2 cupSugar
  5. 4 tspmargarine
  6. 2 tspcardamom

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl mix the yeast,sugarand cardamom let it rest to activate the yeast

    Add flour and the margarine and mix. Knead the dough 'till its soft. Smear your bowl with a little oil put the dough and cover give an hour for it to rise

    After an hour cut ur dough into balls and cover with a kitchen towel. Pick one and spread cut it into triangle shape

  4. 4

    Heat your oil. To check if its hot enough dip the cooking stick if bubbles form the u are good to go.dip ur dough one by one while turning

  5. 5
