Cooking Instructions

Portion your chicken into 10 portions. Prepare a marinade of ginger,garlic,royco and a bit of soy sauce.

Deep fry until you achieve golden colour an crispy taste.

Prepare a clean sufuria and saute your onions and tomatoes until they form a thick paste,season the paste.. Drop the chicken pieces inside and leave to simmer and cook gradually enhancing the stew. Finish off with nicely chopped corriander.

Place hot water to boil,after boilinng gradually add maize flour as you stir to get rid of lumps.

Stir your Ugali until it achieves a fine texture and has cooked well then overturn onto a dish and leave covered to maintain the temprature.

Shred the kales and cabbage into fine shreds and fry with onions in one sufuria to enhance the dish and presentation. Serve hot.
