Ingredients

  1. 1chopped onion
  2. 1 cupflatten poha
  3. as neededFew curry leaves
  4. 1/2 tspRai
  5. 1/2 tspjeera
  6. 1green chillies
  7. as needed Few chopped garlic
  8. as neededChopped Coriander leaves
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. to tasteSugar
  11. To tasteTurmeric powder
  12. 1 tspLemon juice
  13. as neededSev for garnishing
  14. as neededCoconut scrapped for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Wash poha and keep for 10 mins marinated with salt and sugar

  2. 2

    In a kadhai put oil, curry leaves, green chillies, rai, jeera, garlic, onion... saute till onion becomes translucent

  3. 3

    Put turmeric and salt and then add poha.. lemon juice

  4. 4

    And garnish with coriander, coconut scrapped, sev and lemon
