  1. 2 cupsFlattened rice(Poha)
  2. 1big onion
  3. 1 potato,
  4. 1/2 tomato finely chopped
  5. 3green chilli,
  6. 1 lemon
  7. 5-6Curry leaves
  8. 1 tspCumin seeds
  9. to tasteRed chilli powder, turmeric, salt
  10. as required Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Soak poha for 10-15 min.Now heat a pan put cumin seeds,curry leaves, green chilli. Let them cook for 4-5 min.

    Add onion let it turn light pink after tht add potato to it let it cook fr some time.Then add tomatoes to it.

    After some time add all the spices above-mentioned then add lemon and sugar as well at last add poha to it and mix. Let it cook fr some time serve it hot ho
