  9. 1/2 CupFresh Coriander Leaves: Finely Chopped

  12. 1/2 CupPeanuts: Gently Toasted
  13. 1 tspTempering Spices: Cumin Seeds

  15. A FewCurry Leaves
  16. 1/2 tspTurmeric
  17. 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  18. 21 tspFresh Lemon Juice
  19. 2 tbspsGhee/Butter/Cooking Oil- Any, Neutral

Cooking Instructions

30-35 mins.
  1. 1

At the outset: We need to chop up the Cranberries roughly & set aside-
Wash the Poha too, putting it in a colander, set it aside as well-
Get ready with rest other ingredients & arrangements well lined up readily before you to start on with your cooking procedures further

  2. 2

Heat up a frying pan over medium flame: Add in the peanuts to dry roast it gently & then, set aside by transferring into a separate bowl-
Now, add in the oil/butter/ghee, followed by the Tempering Spices & wait until they’ll start spluttering & turn fragrant-
In goes some fresh Curry Leaves & Hing too, followed by the chopped onions, green chillies, 2G Paste or Pounded, toasted peanuts & a pinch of turmeric & sauté them for about 2 mins time

  3. 3

Add in the chopped cranberries at this point, mixing everything well together until nicely combined and well blended-
Add in the seasonings & salt that’s aptly required now-
Give it all a good mix-
Cook for about another couple mins more-
Finally, add in the chopped coriander leaves, a dash of freshly squeezed lemon juice- Mix everything well together until nicely combined and well incorporated

  4. 4

Turn off the flame & cover it & allow it to rest on the hot oven for another 5 mins time before serving it piping hot hot either in your breakfast or brunch, alongside your favourite hot cuppa and simply close your eyes to enjoy this easy, quick, unique & the most amazingly delicious treat given to yourself on a lazy day/weekends post a hectic day prior to it

  5. 5

    Just CHILLAX & ENJOY
