Ingredients

  1. 1big bowl rinsed poha
  2. as requiredChopped onion and chopped tomatoes
  3. 3-4Fried potato cubes and sliced green chillies
  4. as required Mustard seeds,fennel seeds and jeera
  5. as required Curry leaves
  6. 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  7. 1 tablespoonoil
  8. For garnishing
  9. as required Chopped onion and tomato
  10. as required Aloo bhujia
  11. as required Chopped green coriander leaves

Cooking Instructions

    Heat oil in kadhai, add jeera, mustard seeds and fennel seeds let it crackle.

    Than add curry leaves and green chillies.

  3. 3

    Than add chopped onion and mix after than add fried potato cubes and mix.

  4. 4

    Than add turmeric powder and chopped tomatoes and mix and cook for a minute.

  5. 5

    Than add rinsed poha and mix and add salt and cook for 2 minute.

  6. 6

    Switch off the flame and add lemon juice and mix and cover the kadhai and keep it for a minute.

  7. 7

    Take it out in a plate and add chopped onion and tomato and green coriander leaves and Aloo bhujia.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot with tea.
